I ordered a 2017 MacBook Pro 15” in 'very good' shape, but what I got was a 2012 model instead, complete with a big ol' engraving saying 'Property of Los Angeles Unified School District.' The seller claimed it was a 'free upgrade' and insisted that this older machine was worth $630, even though I only paid $400. I checked eBay, and similar models are going for about $50 to $200. When I asked for a free return label, the seller flat out refused and told me I had to haul it to a UPS store myself. Thankfully, eBay ended up refunding my money. Sure, mistakes happen, but it’s pretty unsettling that the seller thought a 2012 laptop was somehow better than the 2017 one I ordered. Plus, the age of the computer is right there under the 'About This Mac' tab, so it’s hard to believe they didn’t know it was five years older than what I wanted.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Mrs. Betty Springfield was incredibly patient and courteous while assisting me. The laptop I got is stunning! I ordered the 15.4 model, and it’s just beautiful. Big thanks to Mrs. Betty💕. Oh, and I’ve also shopped from them on eBay before, so it was nice to reconnect.

I took my computer in to upgrade from an i5 to an i7, and it was an awesome experience thanks to Jose Alvarado and Vaskar Dutta. These guys are real pros: polite, friendly, and super knowledgeable. These folks are pretty shady. I purchased a computer on EBay, and it wasn't what was promised in the big title. They say there's a 30-day return policy, but the listing doesn't mention any restocking fees at all. Now, they’re trying to pressure me into picking a specific reason for the return, instead of letting me choose my own. They flipped the whole issue back on me after my initial email. Just a heads up.

I got a refurbished iMac from them and was a bit unsure at first since it showed issues after just 30 minutes of use. But hey, these things can happen; refurbished items don’t always function perfectly. I reached out to Customer Service (shoutout to Betty!) and they had me send it back. They then sent me a replacement that works like a charm. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shipping took ages. Still, I’d totally buy from this company again in a heartbeat because of their awesome customer service and commitment to making things right.

It's always a win when you purchase something that is just as described, or even better. The vacuum showed up (without a ton of extra packaging, I should mention) and appears brand new while functioning perfectly.

If you don’t have any carrying options, we might just return it and grab one that includes that feature! I checked out a bunch of other monitors, and they all seemed to come with cases, so I figured that protection would be standard! Appreciate it!
